Sumotherhood X Slim Chickens and Alexa

Introduction

Sumotherhood is a British urban comedy directed by and starring Adam Deacon. The film follows two friends navigating life in East London, blending humour, street culture, and satirical takes on modern issues, while showcasing a mix of action and comedy in a vibrant, gritty setting.

Eleven were brought onboard to facilitate brand conversations and integrations. We worked with production to involve brands that would complement the directors vision from the Movie. Eleven conducted outreach through our own network with the primary focus to underwrite the movies budget.

Amazon Alexa

The product placement deal between Amazon Alexa and Sumotherhood integrates Alexa into the film's storyline, showcasing its features. Directed by Adam Deacon, the British urban comedy uses Alexa to enhance scenes where characters play music, get information, or control smart devices. This partnership benefits both Sumotherhood, by adding a modern, tech-savvy element, and Amazon, by increasing brand visibility to a young, diverse audience in an authentic way.

Slim Chickens

Slim Chickens' product placement agreement with Sumotherhood allows the restaurant chain to be seamlessly integrated into the humorous, urban backdrop of the movie. Slim chickens are showcased throughout pivotal moments in the movies. Through this partnership, Sumotherhood obtains a recognisable, contemporary eating element and Slim Chickens is exposed to a younger, more diversified audience, which naturally increases brand visibility.
